Property management: Polignano a Mare

Polignano a Mare

Polignano a Mare is known for Lama Monachile and the viewpoints above the Adriatic. Check the exact location: a town-centre stay and a home outside town need different travel plans.

• Lama Monachile
• Centro storico
• San Vito
• Lungomare Domenico Modugno

1. Understand the property

Send the address, photos, bedroom layout, current condition and dates available to rent. Tell us about owner stays and any existing reservations. We review suitability and discuss the local market.

Read the fee in context

Ask what revenue base the commission applies to, which costs are separate, and how owner stays or cancelled bookings are treated. The written proposal is the reference for your home's fee.

Set the rules for decisions

Agree who authorises repairs, the spending threshold, the emergency contact and the language and time zone for communication. The management proposal should make the service scope and any additional costs clear.
