After booking
Keep your confirmation and complete the requested online check-in. Share your expected arrival time and tell us about essential access needs before travelling.
Before you set off
Open the arrival instructions for your property. Check the full address, the entrance, the key or access-code instructions and the stated check-in time.
- Save the instructions so you can find them with a weak connection.
- Arrange transport and check parking or restricted access with us.
- Ask about luggage storage or early arrival; neither is automatically included.
Delayed arrival or trouble getting in
Send your updated arrival time through the booking conversation or contact guest support. Include the property name and booking reference. Use the instructions for your own home rather than those for another property.
