The written proposal is the reference for your home's fee. ## Before choosing a plan Confirm what is included for cleaning, maintenance, insurance, utilities and documentation. Check approval limits and exclusions, not only the name of the package. ## An example of how the fee works Illustration only: this assumes €1,000 of commissionable rental revenue and an agreed fee of 20%. Your proposal sets the actual percentage and revenue base. Example rental revenue€1,000 Example management fee€200 €1,000 × 20% = €200. This leaves €800 before any platform charges, cleaning, other property costs and applicable taxes. If a plan adds five percentage points, 20% becomes 25% (€250 in this example).
