## 1. Understand the property

Send the address, photos, bedroom layout, current condition and dates available to rent. Tell us about owner stays and any existing reservations. We review suitability and discuss the local market.

## 2. Agree the proposal

Review the management fee, included services, additional costs, contract term and responsibility for approvals. The estimate informs that conversation; it does not guarantee income.

## 3. Prepare and hand over

Agree the work needed before publication. Coordinate keys or access, property documents, inventory, photography and any existing bookings. Do not cancel reservations or close listings before a handover plan is agreed.

## 4. Launch and review

Confirm the listing information and calendar, then launch the agreed channels. Follow reservations and statements through your owner access. Use the agreed contact route for property decisions and changes.
