# Know what you are booking.

Use this checklist to understand the total price, the home's conditions and what happens if your plans change.

## Before you pay

Open the individual listing and the checkout summary. Keep a copy of the terms attached to your reservation.

- Confirm dates, guest count, bedrooms and the address.
- Review the final total, any deposit and charges shown at checkout.
- Read that reservation's cancellation deadline and house rules.

## Changing or cancelling a stay

The policy in your booking confirmation applies. If you booked through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform, use that platform's reservation tools for changes and refunds. For a direct reservation, contact us with your booking reference.

## If the home has a problem

Contact guest support promptly with your booking reference, a description and photos where useful. We will assess the issue and discuss the next step. Refunds or alternative accommodation depend on the circumstances and applicable booking terms.
